Brad has over 25 years experience in commercial, industrial and specialized technically-oriented construction. He joined Morgan-Keller in 1980 and developed his management skills in various roles including scheduler, estimator, project manager, manager of Specialty Contracts, business development representative, vice president of the Specialty Contracts Group and executive vice president. Brad earned his B.S. in Business & Finance and his MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s College.
Jerry L. Bowman

Jerry has over 35 years of experience working in the construction and development industry. His project experience includes facilities in Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina. Jerry has a diverse background with numerous types of projects that have honed his technical and problem solving skills. He earned his B.S in Building Construction from Penn State University.
Darrell Guyton

Darrell is the vice president of the Specialty Contracts Group and Commercial Building Maintenance. Typical projects in these departments include new construction, tenant fit-out, and renovations, ranging in value from $2,000 to $2,000,000. During his tenure at Morgan-Keller, Darrell has previously held positions as an estimator and project manager. He received his B.A in Human Relations and Management from McDaniel College, and is a graduate of The Project Manager’s Academy, a program with the Department of Construction Science & Management in the College of Architecture at Clemson University.
Joy Watt

Joy has been with Morgan-Keller for 15 years and has 20 years experience in accounting for residential and commercial construction. She earned her B.A in accounting from Loyola College and her MBA from Mount Saint Mary’s College.
Donald A. Cline

Don “Doc” Cline has 45 years experience in commercial, industrial and residential construction. He has spent 39 of those years with Morgan-Keller, serving as a project manager for 18 years, a project superintendent for 13 years, and a vice president with the company for eight years. Doc’s resume includes such notable M-K projects as the 250,000-square-foot continuing care retirement community (CCRC), Buckingham’s Choice and the renovation of Frederick Memorial Hospital.
Andy Woolard
Vice President of Estimating & Preconstruction Services

Prior to joining Morgan-Keller as vice president of Estimating and Preconstruction Services, Andy served as chief estimator for one of Washington, D.C.’s largest general contractors. Andy has over 24 years of estimating and engineering experience in commercial and industrial construction. He earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
Bob Rininger

With over 38 years of construction experience, Bob’s résumé includes past positions as field superintendent, project manager and business owner. One of 12 appointees from around the world, he currently serves on the Technical Advisory Board of the CON/STEEL Alliance, an exclusive network of general contractors experienced in tilt-up construction. Bob has served as general manager of M-K Concrete for 12 years, and has been a vice president with Morgan-Keller for nine years.
